It's pretty easy to construct - we completed it in less than 10 minutes and found the directions very clear. It is necessary to install the hood and seat liner by yourself however, we found it was easy - it simply requires some patience when you are feeding the harness straps through the slots in the padded seat liner. There's a medium-sized storage bag located at the back of the seat but it wouldn't be large enough to hold the use of a changing bag.
