Zeus Vs Hades

Zeus is god of the sky and lightning. Zeus is a titan of power. He is stronger than all the Olympian gods.

Hades

Hades is the god of the underworld and has supreme power over everything that is dead. He is the eldest of the Big Three and arguably the strongest of them. If he were to fight Zeus would be close. In the sky, Zeus would win but in the underworld, Hades would easily win.

Hades was the son of Kronos and Rhea. He is most famous for abducting Persephone who was the daughter of Demeter. This event is what gives the Greeks their mythology of the Underworld. This event also gave them the mythology Hades as the god of the Dead.

After the Titan War The gods were given the opportunity to draw lots of their domains. Zeus received the sky, Poseidon received water, and Hades was granted the earth and everything below. The Olympians who were hedonists were not interested to be involved with death. They were not averse to being near or even touch a dead body. Hades on the other hand, had to deal with all the dead bodies each day. He is the only god who actually does work. The other gods are just lazy or play with their pets.
