It also performs well in our cooling tests, though we're not too fond of its gimmicky polygon handles and the bins with a crisper design are a bit flimsy.

One thing that makes the RF23M8090SG apart is its Bespoke line, which lets you customize your fridge using removable color panels that can be swapped whenever you get tired of the current ones. There are 11 different colors to choose from with pastels through more vibrant hues. There are also four metallic finishes. Some of these panels can be customized by adding photos or text which makes the fridge a personal touch point that will match your tie-dye Crocs, Rick Owens dress or Andy Warhol banana neon sign.

You can even alter the color of the fridge's LED lighting, which is nice. The interior of the refrigerator is finished with a sophisticated finish that helps reduce smudges and makes cleaning much easier. The only flaws that really bother the RF23M8090SG are its cramped beverage center, and it takes some effort to open the door-indoor feature which houses a water dispenser as well as a pitcher. You must feel for a lever on the underside of the door halfway across, and once you've done that, it opens a second door within the fridge, which houses the pitcher docking station, the water dispenser and two shelves for drinks.
